Carmen Allen
Carmen is a Professor at Lincoln Land community College (LLCC) by day where she teaches computer courses such as COBOL, System's Analysis, Introduction to Programming and Networking, Microsoft Office, Using the Internet, and Front Page.     

During her evening hours she can often be found in the local movie theater, out shopping listening to local bands, or going to the comedy club.  Her dog, Daisy (who is crazy) is her sole yellow lab dependant.  Carmen is the web editor for the Illinois Symphony Chorus web site, various organiziations, businesses and friends.

Her first year singing with the ISC/ISO was in 1996 with the production of Carl Orff's Carmina Burana.  She sings for special occasions such as weddings, funerals and commitment ceremonies.  In addition, she has provided solos for Respighi's "Laud to the Nativity", Vivaldi's "Gloria", Maurice Durefle's "Requiem", and New Salem's 4th of July concert in the park.
